Facial Prep & Aftercare

Your appointment will need to be rescheduled if any of the following apply to you. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding anything listed below.

• Use of prescription accutane (or similar) within the last 6-9 months.

• Use of prescription retin-a within the last 7 days.

• Filler or botox in the past 14 days.

• Sunburns or sun exposure without SPF.

• Viruses such as colds, flu, fever, cold sores, warts. Bacterial infections such as impetigo, boils, conjunctivitis, styes. Fungal infections such as ringworm, blepharitis.

After your appointment

• Skin purging is possible. Contact your esthetician with any questions or concerns.

• Do not pick at your skin or touch with unclean hands.

• Wear SPF and avoid direct sun.

• No sweating (Gym/Sauna) for 24 hours after appt (or longer if a more advanced treatment was performed)

• No facial waxing.

• Be gentle - No exfoliation for at least 5-7 days.

• Sleep on clean bedding.

• Follow homecare instructions.
