Cancellation Policy
My goal is to provide a personalized experience for all of my clients. Please understand that when you book your appointment, time is reserved especially for you. I do understand that things do come up, if you should need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 24 hrs before your reserved appointment time.
Cancellations/ Reschedules that occur on the day of your appointment or less than 24 hours before will be charged 25% fee of the scheduled service to the card on file.
No Call, No Show
Clients that fail to show or miss their appointment will be charged a 'no show' fee of 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file.
Late Policy
Please inform London if you know you are giong to be late for your appointment, so that adjustments can be made if possible.
We allow a 15 minute grace period showing past this grace period will result in cancellation/reschedule with a 50% fee of the scheduled service. Please be aware that showing up late will result in a shortened service, as it it unfair to the next client to run into their appointment time.
Return Policy
Services provided are nonrefundable after treatment has been received. All retail products are non refundable after purchase.
Guest & Pet Policy
No guests, children, or animals are allowed in the studio during your appointment, due to safety and sanitation concerns. Exceptions are allowed for service animals only.
If you have an issue in this regard please be in contact prior to your appointment.
